Yoga Studio Services


  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your class starts.

  • Eating 2 hours before class is not encouraged.

  • Water bottles with lids are allowed.

  • Please silence all phones and electronics.

  • Yoga is not a competition. Always practice at your own comfort level.

  • Bring a yoga mat. If you do not have a mat, we have a variety of quality mats to choose from. Mat rental fee is $4. All mats are thoroughly sanitized after each use.

Yoga

Yoga was developed 5,000 years ago in India as a comprehensive system for well-being: Mind, Body & Soul. The word YOGA means “to yoke” (attain) and “SAMADHI” (concentration, meditative consciousness). Thus, Yoga is the practice that aims to join the mind, body and soul in liberation. People from around the globe use various aspects of Yoga to help raise their quality of life in many areas including overall wellness, fitness, stress relief, vitality, mental clarity, healing peace of mind and spiritual growth. Yoga is a system, not of beliefs, but of techniques and directions for enriched living.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is instructed by Kimberly Ott-Chaban, RN and C-IAYT Yoga Therapist. She has advanced training in yoga postures, meditation, regulating the nervous system, pranayama, energy work, trauma and pelvic core stability.

Class themes vary throughout the year focusing on back pain to reducing stress, healing trauma, building resilience, balancing energy, and more. The goal varies but in every practice we integrate our physical body, mental health and emotional well-being to increase resilience.

Dance, Fit, Fun!

Instructor: Brandon Fries

This class is a high-energy total body workout open to all levels. Brandon's goal is to bring the best out of you, and it will be so much fun you won’t even know you're burning calories! 

First he will get your heart beating with a fun warm-up and stretches. The majority of the class will be learning a variety of dance moves to fun, upbeat music by artists like Beyoncé and Katy Perry. The class will conclude with stretching and time to rest.


Get ready to sweat. Bring water, because you are going to need it!

Reiki Guided Meditation

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is not a religion, rather a process of healing that has been used by people of all faiths for thousands of years. It is a holistic approach to wellness, and supports the healing and renewing of self in mind, body and soul. Reiki can be summarized in three words: LOVE, INTENTION & ENERGY. 

Meditation is the art of creating a quiet mind. A sense of liberation and deep peace occur when the mind is calm and silent. As with any other form of exercise, it takes practice. Reiki Guided Meditation will calm the mind and bring beautiful energy to your heart. It is a helpful tool for beginners learning to meditate. Advanced practitioners can also benefit by learning to incorporate Reiki into their meditation practice.

This class will help you connect more deeply with the Reiki flowing in you, and is open to any level of Reiki training.
