Yoga and Art - We will kick off the morning with an All Level Yoga Class with Linda from 10 - 10:50am., followed by a rockin’ art project from 11:00am - 12:30pm., creating a Record Mandala. Each participant will receive a 45 record, a short lesson on color theory, the meaning of a mandala, and how to divide the record into equal segments. All materials are provided.
